need help trying to connect dsi to internet keeps saying unable to obtain an ip address
tried loads off times still no joy.
it also says check your access points,
no problem finding wireless router just wont connect.
need help thanks

hi bear - welcome to the forum.

is the error code something like 052000 ??

most often you get this error because you put in the wrong WEP/WPA key (yeah - intuitive isnt it) but you already checked that right?

If your sure the password is right then nintendo recommends the "manual configuration" road - if your not familiar with router settings and IP addresses, then there's really clear (& simple) instructions here - follow that through and I'd imagine it will help. Its pretty straightforward and you dont even have to log into the router's config page.
